100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our Adelaida Vineyard. This nearly opaque 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with dense aromas of aromas of bittersweet cocoa, dense black fruit, with a hint of baking spice. The intense yet balance wine continues with long lasting notes of black cherry, cocoa, and graphite on the palate. Full bodied and structured for aging, this wine will be best enjoyed between 2024 and 2044.
