The 2018 Silken is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Petite Sirah, and 24% Syrah. The nose of the wine opens with lavendar, plum, and boysenberry, which lingers into the palate of dark cherries, cocoa, and a touch of fennel. As usual, this wine is smooth and silky, making it perfect for enjoying alone, or pairing with food.
