Ethan Ray has been Cellar Master & Assistant Vineyard Manager since 2011. He was interested in winemaking and then met the Parrish family who brought him into the fold. Ethan started in the vineyard and is now a key part of the winemaking team. He enjoys time in the fresh air, working with his hands, and seeing the vines grow and develop quality fruit. He also likes the challenges of problem solving and coming up with creative solutions on the vines and in the winery. The science behind the winemaking process is intriguing to him; and has a great nose picking up scents and secrets of the wine before tasting it.
