Thanksgiving Wine & Food Pairings
Are you excited for wine & holiday pairings?
Whether you are enjoying your Fall Wine Club shipment, or the benefits of the November special, it’s the perfect time to go over Parrish wine pairings for Thanksgiving Day!
Sauvignon Blanc being bright and light is perfect to pair with herbs, citrus, and vegetal dishes. Suggestions:
Roasted Herb and Citrus Turkey
Fried Turkey (if you feel daring!)
Sauteed Green Beans
Roasted Radishes
Grenache Rosé with its crisp, light strawberry notes is perfect to pair with dishes that are fruit forward (like cranberry or pomegranate) and nutty. Also it would pair with many of the classic meat favorites such as ham or turkey. Suggestions:

Bourbon Glazed Ham
Roasted Turkey with Citrus Cranberry Relish
Roasted Brussel Sprout with Pecans and Dried Cherries
