How do I log into my online club account?

Visit this page here for how to login!



How can I customize?

Innovator's, Heritage/Founders, and Legacy members can customize by logging into their online account. Alternatively, you can email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com. We recommend emailing versus calling so we have your request in writing, but you can call us at 805-286-4028 (option 2).



I'm a Winemaker's member can I customize?

Please reach out to club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com to upgrade to a customizable club, or you can ask to add bottles on top of your 4 bottle shipment.



Can I change which club I'm in?

Yes! Please reach out to club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com as we can assist with switching your membership prior to September 18th.



Can I customize after the Customization time frame?

We provide a couple of weeks for customization, we do ask that you customize within that date range. Thank you!



I won't be home the week of the shipment, what can we do?

Please email us at club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com to discuss a better time to ship! You can also consider shipping to a business or a UPS Store, which can be a great option in general.


We recommend contacting us as soon as possible prior to our processing date on
September 18th. Once wine shipment information is to our offsite fulfillment, it can be difficult to change shipments. Once wines have shipped, redirects and returns are costly.



I cannot sign for my shipment, are there other options?

For all wine shipments (no matter the winery), a person of 21+ has to sign for the shipment. We highly recommend shipping to a business with week day hours, or a UPS Store. Sometimes members will have their wine shipments sent to family members or friends. Please email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com before September 18th with an address you would like us to ship to, or you can update online via your account. We do request you supply us with the UPS Store address as a confirmation as some cities have more than one UPS Store.



How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address in your account online, or you can email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com. Please do this prior to September 18th (processing date) as we will be sending your shipment information to fulfillment after that date.



Who does Parrish use for shipments?

We use UPS. We can even ship to a UPS Store, just email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com with the UPS Store's address. If you would like another carrier, please let us know.



Can I change my method of delivery from pick up to ship, or ship to pick up?

Yes! Please email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com or call 805-286-4028 (option 2) prior to September 18th for shipping.
If you need to ship instead of pick up, please contact us the same way.



How do I update my credit card?

You can update your shipping address in your account online. You can also call 805-286-4028 (option 2).



Can I make a reservation for pick up?

Yes, we love to pre-pack your wines so it's ready for you!

Can I pick up after the pick up window?

Please reach out to us at club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com to make arrangements with our Club Manager. Our Tasting Room & Winery do not have a lot of storage, surprisingly, so we are unable to do long team storage.



Can someone else pick up for me?

Please reach out to our Club Manager at club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com as we need prior notification. If you prefer to call 805-286-4028 (option 2), please be prepared to answer verification questions. We do this to protect your account and purchases.



Can I customize when I pick up?

The customization window is August 26th-September 11th. You may pick up during this time frame, but keep in mind that some wines may not be at the Tasting Room until right before the pick up window starts on September 19th.



I got a notification that my shipment is shipping. What if I will be in the area, can I pick up?

Please reach out to our Club Manager at 805-286-4028 (option 2) prior to visiting. Sometimes we can stop shipments, but due to our fulfillment's peak season, we are not always able to stop shipments. It is best to let us know prior to processing your shipment as we can set it as a pick up order.



There's an error.

As much as we don't want them to, things can happen! Please reach out to club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com or 805-286-4028 (option 2) to let us know if there are any errors or issues promptly. We can go through options with you.



Holds and Closures

Please email club@parrishfamilyvineyard.com as we request these in writing a week before September 18th. We will let you know of your options as we can do holds for up to two shipments and we can change the club membership level. Please visit our Club Terms page here for any clarification.
