2018 Zinfandel
A Parrish classic with notes of pomegranate, tart bing cherries, pink peppercorns, and a back palate of walnut and blueberries. This Zinfandel has more boldness than previous vintages with a showcase of complimentary tannins.
The Zinfandel, while not a Bordeaux variety, is made in memory of our Grandfather Earl, who planted Zinfandel in Atascadero during the 1920's. His plantings were from the Paderewski Vineyard, which has a long history in Paso Robles.
