2017 Silken
The 2017 Silken is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petite Sirah, 10% Syrah, and 10% Petit Verdot. The nose of the wine opens with violets, plum, fig, and blueberries, which lingers into the palate of blueberry, olallieberry, milk chocolate, and a touch of flirty spice. As usual, this wine is smooth and silky, making it perfect for enjoying alone, or pairing with food.
