2017 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2017 Estate Cabernet represents all three of our vineyards - Adelaida, Templeton, and Creston. We bring in Cabernet from each of these vineyards to blend a Cabernet Sauvignon that is perfect for your table. The 2017 vintage has an inviting nose of dried cherries, suede, and violets. The palette welcomes with notes of blueberry, cranberry, cherry, slate, and a hint of anise.
